Tuesday: As a Class: Run a 400, once everyone is back do Tabata Sit-ups, then run a 400 with a medball, once everyone is back Tabata Hang Muscle Snatch 45/33, Walk a 400 with the bar in the front rack, once everyone is back, Tabata Back squat 45/33, then one more run. Score is Reps/Total Time of all the runs
Wednesday: Max Rounds in 12 Minutes of: 4 Ring Dips, 24 Double Unders, 4 V-Ups
Thursday: Max Rounds in 8 Minutes of: Deadlifts 185/135, DB Thrusters 30/20, Reps start at 3, and go up each round. 3,6,9,12 etc.
Friday: “Yeti” For Time: 25 Pull-Ups, 10 Muscle-Ups, 1.5 mile Run, 10 Muscle-Ups, 25 Pull-Ups
Saturday: Lynnwood: Net Workout! Teams of three, Rowing for 15 Cals causes rotate, Buddy on DB Push Press for Max Reps, and Another buddy climbing the net. Max climbs/Push Presses in 20 Minutes, Edmonds: Teams of three, Rowing for 15 Cals causes rotate, Buddy on DB Push Press for Max Reps, and the other buddy doing bear crawls around the cirlcle.
