12 Days of Christmas!!  Oh my gosh guys!  This snuck up on me!

In years past, what we’ve done is taken the first 3 weeks after Turkeyday, and Mon-Thur did 4 workouts, that are like “the workouts” each week, then Friday and Saturday become make-up days if needed (there are still standard workouts too).  Then we figure who has done all 12 Days, and that’s a cool accomplishment during this wild time, and doubly so given the wild time of year that it is.

Two more weeks!  

The original order from the Governor was to shut us down until Dec 14th.  I haven’t heard anything new, so that means 14 more days until we’re in the gym again!  Stay tough guys, let’s get these workouts done, and then we’ll finish the last week of the 12 days in the gym and it’ll be great.


Monday and Wednesday: 6, 11, 5:30

Tuesday and Thursday: 7, 11, 4:30

Friday: 6:30 and 11:00

Saturday and Sunday: 9am

Thrusters with what you’ve got, and maybe 30/20/10.  Jumping Squats are OK too

Jumping Pull-ups or Burpees are the best sub for this because of the intensity, I know that burpees aren’t pulling, but they GAS you out, which is the plan here.  Use the burpee if you don’t have a pull-up bar, or can’t make your rings high enough for jumping pull-ups.
