The Workout:

5 Rounds for Max Reps

1 Minute of Alternating Pistols

1 Minute of Jump Throughs

1 Minute of Leg Raises


Warm-up should have some thoughtful stretching for the ankle and calf preceding the pistol work.  Do some dip supports and stuff like that before getting into the Jump Throughs, and simply enough some flutter kicks or leg raises is probably smart before diving into the jump throughs too, which make the leg raises feel easy.  But I think the leg raises are going to make the jump throughs hard for the workout…. 🙂
