The Workout:

3 Rounds For Time of:

75 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75/55, but something reasonable to be doing them with minimal breaks)

35 Thrusters (lighter than the high pulls)

20 Hollow Body Pull Overs (lighter still than the thrusters)



Advice: Reps can be cut back for sure, or just do one round and go hard!  Having a buddy isn’t a big deal, but it does provide a proper rest opportunity.  If no one can kick it and do reps with you, then just rest an equal amount to the time you worked for.

Thrusters are the Front Squat into Push Press one 🙂

Lying Leg Raises x10

Face Down Shoulder Drill x10
