TEAM!  Here’s the next setup in the series of domination from your domicilic situation: the videos are all about what you should do if you don’t have a pull-up bar!!

ZOOM MEETINGS:  Check this out.  I’ll be doing two sessions today!  Here’s what’s gonna happen!  Be early, we start ON TIME, our account has a 30 minute time limit for sessions.  We’ll go over the warm-up on the whiteboard, everyone will do it and ask questions, then we’ll cover the movements, and scale everyone so they’re ready to smash the session.  Then I will bid you all adieu to crank out the reps, then report back to me via text your time or rounds or what have you.  The point of this is to help you guys set a time to DO the workout, it’s hard to start at home, I totally get it.  So much to do while chilling 🙂

Workout:

5 Rounds for Reps!

1 Minute of Cleans – the video has loading options, do something that feels safe, heavy and cool

1 Minute of Allen Lifts – the video has loading options, do something that feels safe, useful, and developmental

1 Minute of Strict Pull-ups – the videos will be all about what to do if you don’t have a pull-up bar!

***In lieu of Pull-ups, pick a different exercise each round, or at least two and smash them!!***
