30 Double Unders

Rest 2 Minutes

As Many Rounds as possible in 4 Minutes of:
7 Power Cleans 115/75
25 Double Unders

Rest 2 Minutes

As Many Rounds as possible in 3 Minutes of:
5 Power Cleans 115/75
20 Double Unders
