Hey guys! The back wall is coming down today, so the gym is closed because it will be a terrible dusty B. So enjoy yourself out there, go for a hike, do that jog you’ve been meaning to do for months, and since it’s probably raining pretty hard, maybe it’s time for lunges, push-ups and leg raises..
Maybe something just like this:
40 Stationary Lunges (Alternating, so not 80, just 40)
40 Leg Raises
5 Rounds for Time
Sounds pretty good to me! Homeward bound, hotel fitness at it’s finest!
