My sincerest apologies for not communicating better with Rich about what the glass-white board was all about. This workout more than so many others, which are “better/worse”, engenders a disproportional amount of belly-aching. My attempt to quell this was the Karen Goal Board, where people would pick a time and scaling option, to then be a part of the solution rather than the problem 🙂 I do understand how this is confusing, oh well. If you did Karen on Tuesday night, again, my apologies as this was not my intent, but YOU DOING IT certainly was my intent, so that’s all well and good, Rich will have some nasty/interesting/exciting EMOM for you to do tonight, and we’ll all be a team again on Friday for whatever that workout will be! Hooray for communication issues. I never have those.
