Dedicated Points of Entry into CrossFit.

Those of us who’ve been CrossFitting for a while no longer feel nervous before our workouts. Oh wait, unless it’s Linda, or Diane or anything with Thrusters. Remember how you felt your first time to class? A whole bunch of people, in better shape than you, knowing what “kipping” means, or what the “Clean” is and how “getting after it” is highly sought after and a rip on the hand elicits a very pathogenic high five…. Strange intimidating and ultimately not the best introduction. To those that have survived this trial by fire, congrats and thank you for joining us.

For everyone else, welcome, we’ve got a new system 🙂

It’s called On Ramp – because CrossFit is the freeway (or express lane) of training programs.

12 Sessions in a semi-private setting. Train three days each week, to accommodate schedules we’ll have class Monday night and Tuesday morning (for example class #1), Wednesday night and Thursday morning (for example, class #2) then everyone will meet at a predetermined time that weekend for class #3 that week.
This is a month long program! Warm-ups, cool-downs, stretching, nutrition, good movement, workouts, philosophy in each session! This is beginning the right way! The cost: $175, after that we can decide about membership, classes, individual training, or anything else that pops up.

The program starts on Monday the 15th, please RSVP with a preferred time and we’ll go from there deciding when is the best to hold session and communicate via email throughout the course.
Please tell your friends, co-workers, chiropractor, family, soccer coach, anyone interested in trying the CrossFit program to seriously check out our gym, our trainers, and our On Ramp Program!

Thanks marketing team!!! (that’s you guys, members!)
