Workout for Tuesday March 28th:

BIG OLE GYMNASTICS DAY!!

Don’t be scared. This isn’t some kind of new direction for the gym. We’re gonna get out the gymnastics toys and play with all of them and if after the hour you’re not all worked over and tired, I’ve failed, not you 🙂

Here’s the agenda:

Rings
Parallel Bars
Handstands/Walking

Scaling: yes we’ll work you at your level and be focused on doing whichever parts of these movements you can do well and then working really hard to get the next little step whatever that may be!
