20 Box Jumps 24″/20″
15 Wall Ball Shots 30/20
10 Calories on the Rower

Trade Rounds with your buddy until you’ve each done 5, so yeah 10 total rounds.

And this isn’t like that one weekend Kari, where we cut it waaaaay back because it was way too hard 🙂 That workout was jacked up and I’m glad I was there to pull the plug!!!
