Workout for Monday June 13th:

As Many Rounds in 20 minutes as possible of:

5 Toes to Bars
10 Push-Ups
15 Stationary Lunges (Alternating)

This should be very hard 🙂 Also, I know the lunges have an odd number, my advice, start with whichever leg is less strong and then you’ll be giving the leg that needs more work, just a little more work, like 10-15 lunges more work, like barely enough to ensure that it’s gaining on big brother, not like so much that it’ll turn into a hugantasaurus rex leg in one workout. If you just can’t live like that, do 16 reps, and yes that’d be 8 per leg 🙂
