I’m gonna start putting down the extra interval work I’ve been sending around, check here for all the updates to keep you moving!  If you have questions, hit me with a text guys!

If you don’t have a rower, use a bike, jump rope or run and try to keep to the interval.  It’s written for the rower though, so be smart when adapting ok?!

1:15 on :15 off Allen Lift

1:15 on :15 off Mountain Climbers

1:15 on :15 off Stationary Inchworms

 

 

Warm-up!

Do arm swings like we do

Walk around for a bit on your heels and tip-toes, and calf raises too

Jumping Jacks, Half Burpees and Ab Mat sit-ups; quite a few

Practice the jumps to determine your rotation ability, get your DB sorted out for the Allen lift and then… without further ado
