ALSO!  Hey guys we’re trying out “Zoom” it’s an online meeting platform.  It worked really well with Eileen and I earlier Saturday.  Let’s try to break the internet!!  The meetings are limited to 40 minutes, and I’ve (obviously) never done anything like this before, so it’s a test!  Let’s mute our microphones so it’s not crazy and then we’ll do some tests!  You do have to download their app I think, and the details for logging in are below:

Workout: to be done solo, the zoom thing is just a test!!

Max Rounds in 15 Minutes of:

21 Chair Dips

42 Hollow Arch

21 Push-Ups

42 Standing Goodmornings (if you have lots of weight, do 21 instead here!)

 

 

 

Warm-up:

Jump rope, Ride, Row, or jog in place/jumping jacks for a few minutes to get things rolling (this is the hardest part usually isn’t it!)

Hold a push-up position for a minute, work your shoulders around and back and forth a bit

Arm Swings high to low 50x

Leg Swings front to back 25x/side.

Then work on each movement for a few minutes setting things up and getting it to feel right.  Play with loading the Goodmornings, you can place a weight on your lap too for the dips if they’re just too light.

 

Cool-Down:

High-Five whomever you’re quarantined with!

Use a door jamb and stretch your chest and shoulders a bit and call it a day!
