Power Cleans: I go, you go, 6 sets of 2 at something meaningful
Pull-ups: I go, you go, 6 sets of 2 at something meaningful, can be kipping, C2B, strict, weighted, banded, jumping C2B you name it, as long as it’s tough and developmental.
Do this twice. Go fast, and push each other to get nasty!!
