Since we’ll be open, let’s start learning about fitness so that we can attain it!

We’ll discuss what fitness is and looks like. The three main metabolic pathways and how to attack them. Q and A because we like that and if we have time we’ll hit some demo’s and other goodies.

I want to see EVERYONE there, we’re going to host two of these to make certain that our initial members are all versed in this stuff. It’s critical I believe in creating our culture that everyone really knows what’s happening and what’s going on and the why. Because without the “why” there is no power.
