Workout for Saturday February 20th:
Either in teams of two or in teams of three pound this out:
Run 400m, or 300m or 200m whichever gives you about 60-70 seconds of smashing 🙂
-when you get back without taking a break-
Row 400m or 300m or 200m whichever takes you about 60-70 seconds of smashing
-trade rounds with your buddy-
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, trying your darnedest to get 4 rounds each!!
My 2 cents:
An 80 second 400m repeated is no joke. An 80 second 400m row is no joke (1:40 pace). I could do that maybe for two rounds but no way for the whole workout.
If you really want ppl to average 2:30 per between both, I would give the ‘Haves’ 300m run/row, ‘Have nots’ 200m. This should give them a fight for 2:10 per round, then we’ll see what happens with fatigue.
All that to say I can’t make it but it’s a super cool workout.
