The Workout:

Hang Clean for Max 5, then 5 sets of 1 Hang Clean and 5 Front Squats, same weight as the top 5 cleans was!  Lotta work!

 

Rowing:

MAX Watt Test

Do 4-5 rounds to try and find a new max wattage.

For how long can you row at 80% of that reading?  Do that a few times too, a few is three to be exact.  Rest 3 minutes between efforts.  Make sure to switch back and note the /500m pace that you’re smashing while rowing that 80%!
