Workout for Monday March 28th:
The Open is officially over!! I’m proud of how well we did, and how much fun we had doing it! Super cool stuff guys, tough tough workouts, and I think we’re fitter for it.
Today’s workout:
Back Squat for Max 5.
Let’s lift, recover a bit and get back to work!!
