***Notice*** We’re rowing 2,000m for time on Wednesday! I’m letting you know early to start getting your mind right. This is a wonderful test of your endurance-strength, the literal limit of your bodies ability to turn glucose into pyruvate and then phosphorylate that ish. It’s rad. Plan your week out so that you can be sure to make it. Also, look into your old time, look into your 5k time, your 500m time, so we can do some interpolating on what your pacing should be. It’s gonna be awesome!
