-then team up with another pair and perform-
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
400 Abmat Sit-ups
**yes share this however you like, I recommend doing what you can do, and let the fittest person in the group take more**
-then swap partners so that you have a new partner from the group of 4 that you didn’t start the workout with-
