With the support of my community I choose virtuosity.
And with regard to Qi Gong I say, ah grasshopper.
Im very excited about Christmas and especially the New Year and the opportunites that await.
Tai chi is very challenging and useful, in its way. I saw my teacher’s teacher (in his 90s and might have weighed a buck soaking wet) toss an experienced, weighty student across a large room with no effort at all. However, tai chi is not going to save you from zombies. And no way am I gonna be zombie food.
I’ve made my choice. I choose to try harder 🙂

I’ve tried Chi Tea. It’s not Paleo. Run fast and lift heavy stuff. What else do you need?
Charles, someday I’ll get that pebble from your hand.
Juxtapose the music, and get some cognitive dissonance.
If I could stand on a board in a pool in the forest while gently flopping my arms and magically become Charles, I might choose that. Until then…
Jen, I love that stuff!!! I kinda want Katherine to toss me someday, the only problem is I cannot land to save my life, I’d be crippled!!
Boo tai chi domination by brute force its the american way
Don’t worry, Jesse, we teach people to land before we start tossing them around. At least we do if we like them. 🙂
