CrossFit and “Old People” sheesh. If you’re elderly, do you need to stand up well? Do you need to reach over head for stuff? Do you need to pick things up? I say YES! Hence I say CrossFit. No to teeny tiny dumbbells and spurious movements, yes to fighting tooth and nail to get mobility and utility back into your body! And yes, for clarity, “Jazzercise” is dead to me 🙂
My hope is to grow old crossfitting so I don’t ever have to lose mobility/flexibility again (except for right now recovering from surgeries) 🙂
