So it’s proven by CrossFit that the Zone Diet will help build muscle (no matter what) and reduce bodyfat to perfect levels. I suggest you start thinking about your diet. Yeah you.

Charles is in a class of his own…..truly awe inspiring!
Charles is my hero. I feel guilty for my emotional eating now.
What, now I have to go Zone. I am already Paleo and the thought of weighing my food… Good Lord, what next? I bet the steak I ate last night weighed about 3 lbs. Is that OK? Grass fed of course,
By the way, Robb Wolf happens to have an article on this very subject posted on his site as we speak.
Check it out.

Don’t feel bad Lindsay, Charles has done plenty of eating in his day – both crap filled and healthy. At any age Charles is difficult to keep up with, believe me, I’ve been trying for close to 20 years. The Zone has definately helped with his performance but this is the first time he could maintain it for more than a couple of days. It really is thanks to all the support and encouragement we get at Local’s that keeps us forging ahead.
In response to “Darkness” Harkness’s comment and Robb Wolf’s blog article (that guy is wicked smart right, I love it). Robb is correct, I’m so not the guy to point counter point Robb Wolf. The first choice is to correct your nasty food habits. CLEAN it up, lose the grains, cut the pop, no candy, pizza is straight out. Cut out the dairy and legumes next, every single person will benefit TONS from this. You’ll live longer, you’ll have less autoimmune feedback (lupus, type 1 diabetes, inflammation disorders etc.), feel better, have happy intestines (poo-poo great) etc. To make sure you’re losing or gaining weight, you’re going to have to keep track of how much you’re eating on some level, to able to adjust it. Have to. There’s my two cents. Cleaning it up comes WAY first. Measuring comes a close heel-nipping second. If from time to time you measure a nasty food choice, this is way better than not measuring that same food choice, right? Get where I’m coming from?
Rock on everyone – we’re doing great!
