The team did great! Steve, Collin, Ryan, David, Ashleigh, Jesse, Carrie, Dan, Abi, Brad, Dan, Karen in order :) Mad thanks to Brad for helping all of us out, making sure the gear fit and we didn’t get stoopid!! Huge ups, to Carrie, Ponch (not pictured), Ashleigh, and Karen for coming to Tumwater at the “fabulous” Valley Athletic Club to cheer us on!!

thanks! No p-pump, just more training, I think we should do something cool for brad… Ill be in tom to talk about it… Besides that my face has some a ton of blood vessels broken… Heres the deal its time to train for the Mt.
