Yeesh.  Scaling is great today.  Heavy Day for Pull-ups and Dips, and then also a muscle-up workout.  Get ready to get better at these gymnastics movements!

How far can you get in 10 Pulls?

Play with the damper, I’d do one round at each setting, keep the stroke rate something normal, like 30ish.  From a dead stop start each time.

Once you’ve found which setting is your strongest in this scenario, set it to that setting and blast 3 1,000m pieces with ample rest between, likely 6 minutes or more.
