The Workout:
Teams of 3:
Euro Presses 35/20
L-Hang
300m Run.
Max Euro P’s in 20 minutes. Put an honest effort into the L-hang. When the running is done, that causes the team to rotate stations.
1 Euro Press is: Hands to DB’s, Jump feet back, Push-up, Right Right, Row Left, Jump Feet in, Deadlift, Hang Squat Clean, Thruster.
In the event of a team of 2: 75 seconds will time the rotation for the 3rd buddy when they’re supposed to be running. In an army of 1, do the same, 75 seconds each rotation for the shadow buddy will cause the rotation. It is a long time holding the L, so take advantage of that and build your grip, and core!!
Home Suggestions:
Euro Presses are perfect, crush them!! Do it with what you’ve got, and it’ll be great. L-Hang, can certainly turn into L-Sit or Hollow Rock as well. Running can be running in place for 75 seconds, or rowing 300m or biking 600m.
Warm-up:
Should include all sorts of good moves: Cat Cow stuff, hamstring stretches, pigeon and good mornings, calf raises, air squats, Jumping jacks, give this 20 minutes or so of general movement, it’s been a tough week, make sure your parts are bendy enough to really get through the Euro Press well! Then set up the moves, grab team mates, and crush it!
