Push-ups with a weight on your back

Some kind of pulling that you’ve got access to.

 

***Ideally you want to get more than 5 reps on each movement.  If you’ve got LOTS of kipping pull-ups (like 30+ on your first set) do strict ones, if push-ups are hard enough, (you can do less that 30 in your first set) you don’t need to add weight.

 

REST: As needed between ROUNDS not between the movements.  Go from push to pull directly, then rest like 5-7 minutes.

 

Warm-up to include, some bandy upper body stuff, arm swings, planks, and some specific warm-up to the weight/move you’ll be using for the workout.  Then get going, so you have time to rest and still be done within the one hour-ish time frame.
