The Workout:

Max Rounds in 15 Minutes of:

10 Cleans with something, cinder block, barbell, MB, DB’s etc.

20 Push Presses with the same object

30 Ab Mat Sit-ups

40 Jumping Jacks

 

Warm-up:

Start with the simple stuff, leg swings, arm swings, some calf raises, and then use the clean to warm everything up: squats, deadlifts, deadlift + shrugs, shrug + under!, and then full reps.  Practice the push press to make sure your object is balanced, and then set it up and GO!
