First Place in Rainier’s Strongest Man and Woman contest!! Amazing efforts by both of our girls! Pulling Toyota’s, wrestling 150+ pound stones, hefting 80+ pound dumbbells, deadlifting log and sandbag combination repeatedly – tough day!!

Friday nights, schedule is reduced for the summer (August). We’ll have ONLY the 5:30pm class and be closed at it’s conclusion at or near 6:30pm. I hope this doesn’t put anyone out terribly, seeing as it’s a ghost town in here after then I think we’re going to be okay 🙂
