Thanks for making our first three days back in the gym so great you guys! It’s been a real rollercoaster of emotions this week for me, what with the meetings, and CF hierarchy, friends and family, I really wanted to thank you guys for being so much fun, such a pleasure to be around, and great listeners for my spouting 🙂 I wouldn’t do it all for any crew but you. Warm-up!
Do arm swings like we do
Walk around for a bit on your heels and tip-toes, and calf raises too
Jumping Jacks, Half Burpees and Ab Mat sit-ups; quite a few
Practice the jumps to determine your rotation ability, get your DB sorted out for the Allen lift and then… without further ado
