Hey guys, big changes coming 🙂 Thanks for showing your support for us over this trying weekend, and I’m well aware of all that’s happening, and I’m dealing with it too.  Let’s get back in the gym and train, and we’ll take our appropriate next steps.  However steep that hill seems to be.

Home Workout!  This is one of the 6 days of zoom and home programming to be done as an adjunct to the in gym workouts, or as the totality of your training for this current phase we’re in.

 

Warm-up and stretch out, get the legs loose, get the calves loose 🙂 Let’s also add a serious round of single leg balancing, and some plank and push-up work to precede the leg smashing 🙂

4 Rounds for Time of:

Run 400m, or two minutes

50 Air Squats

Boom 🙂

Scale as needed for sure guys!!  Carrie will be on the zoom calls today, so jump in, get into the session!  Nothing wrong with 25 squats if it seems like too many.
