Rest 3 minutes
Run 400m
Rest 2 Minutes
Run 200m
Rest 1 Minute
Run 400m
Rest 2 Minutes
Run 800m
Rest until tomorrow

Each Run is for time, and the rest intervals will all be a little different, this is really tough to run! Hooray for Tuesday!
