Max Rounds in 20 minutes of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats
I’m experimenting with something: if you’re over 6 feet tall AND over 200 pounds, do 3,6,9. The work per round at that is the same as 5’9″ 180 lbs. Thanks for the data!
