This is the new Level 1 Certificate Course Day 1 Workout. Really a tough couplet, I think you guys are ready for a little Friday blowout though yeah?
When finished spend some real time getting to know the GHD, it’s mysteries, if you’re ready for it, have Lana show you the Oblique work we do, and then also potentially the Glute Ham Raise, use a band! Unless you’re Eileen.
