If you’re buying lunch at work, if you’re going to wait two hours after your workout to eat, if you’re prone to eating too much at night after you’re done training in the evening, GET ONE. The whole point of carrying them is to help you guys to make legitimately good food choices while taking some of the work out of it. And at around $12 bucks, it’s just as much money as fast food (unless the $5 Taco Bell bucket is what you’re after) and certainly way less than an actual restaurant (with 20% gratuity automatically added to the bill, ha). ***

Between the exercises to give your abs a break we’ll be smashing DB rows like back at Bally’s Total Fitness, like 2 sets of 15 per side with about as heavy as you can take should do nicely.
Further Side Note: if todays session doesn’t seem like enough, 1) turn up and do it, it’ll be plenty and, 2) turn up two or three of the other days this week and see if you’re still thinking that!
