Workout for Thursday July 28th:
5 Rounds of:
10 Hang Power Snatches 85/60
15 Pull-ups or Toes to Bars
20 Back Extensions
Rest 3 minutes
Do the the work, rest three minutes, and then do it again. Kinda like how we do running intervals. You’ll all be starting at all different times, and it’ll get kinda crazy, but that’s how we like it. NASTY.
