“Chelsea”

Every Minute for 30 Minutes:

5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

If you can’t complete the work, keep doing rounds until the time elapses. Your score will be something like 19/6, or 7/9, a perfect score is 30/0. Good luck!

I’m a huge fan of cutting the reps back 4/8/12 or 3/6/9 and seeing if you can get through the 30 rounds that way. Excelsior!!
