1 Minute of Wall Ball Shots, 20/14 10′ High
1 Minute of Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 75/55
1 Minute of Box Jumps 24″/20″
1 Minute of Push Press 75/55
1 Minute of Rowing for Calories
1 Minute of Rest
3 Rounds for Max Reps
Let’s do this!! It’s about time. Typically we run two heats so that each person can have a counter, it’s a nice thing for sure. I might decide against it and have you guys all start everywhere and get crazy with it and have a blasty 🙂
