MEN:
1 Single Under per pound lifted
and
Hold the bottom of a squat for 30 seconds per fraction of 100lbs lifted. E.g. 95 = 30 seconds, 195 = 1 minute, 225 = 90 seconds
LADIES:
1.5 Single Unders per pound lifted E.g. 83# = 124 SU’s, 113# = 170 SU’s
and
Hold the bottom of a squat for 30 seconds per fraction of 70lbs lifted. E.g. 65 = 30 seconds, 95 = 1 minute, 145 = 90 seconds
