Hang Power Snatch 105/70
Burpees over bar

Remember guys, the foundation of CrossFit calls for short, high-intensity couplets and triplets. Faster is better, as long as the technique is working towards better. This workout should be attacked at peak intensity. Only in that will it be truly good training.
