Once completed with your set of front squats, yes each set, you owe me two things: a set of back extensions which equal the sum of integers in your squat weight (e.g. “95” = 14 Back Extensions, “105” = 6 BE’s, “325” = 10 BE’s) and double unders, or attempts at the same number.
