Workout for Wednesday November 18th:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 15 Minutes of:
Row 15 Calories
15 Wall Ball Shots 20/14
15 Pull-ups
There will be a real possibility of running two heats of this workout, so we’ll divide the group into two groups. The people that don’t yet have unaided pull-ups will go first and once finished will smash into 5×5 strict pull-ups and some barbell rowing sets. The group that does have pull-ups already will do the workout second and do Handstand Push-up Practice and Training.
