Workout for Wednesday Sept 2nd

Goal: Find your best set of 3 in the Deadlift

Here’s the catch: remember this from a few weeks ago?

Add up the integers in the weight deadlifted, perform Thrusters at 65/45 to match the integer total.

For example: Kari deadlifts 277.5 pounds which gives her 2 + 7 + 7 + 5 = 21 Thrusters, while her partner in crime CC (we might as well dream a little eh CC!!) takes off the 1.25 chips and adds the 2.5’s bringing her total to 280 pounds which gives her 2 + 8 + 0 = 10 Thrusters. Kim on the other hand steps up and loads 300, like a boss, and earns 3 + 0 + 0 Thrusters. Bravo Kim.

Please perform 3 sets of 3 that will “count” for this workout. Yes they should all be heavy. Not it’s not for time. Please try and do all the Thrusters in a row, “unbroken” in CrossFit speak.
