Workout for Thursday August 6th:
5 Rounds:
Push Press (add weight each round until you’ve found the best you can do for 5, hopefully a PR)
-when you’ve completed the set of push presses, all 5 reps, or 4 or whatever-
Single Unders that equal the amount of weight on the bar
-the ladies are gonna love this part-
Ladies to 1.5x as many single unders as the men, it’s because you don’t lift as much!!
