Workout for Tuesday August 4th:
Wheelbarrow Mayhem:
In teams of three, do 12 Front Squats at a reasonable load (60% of your max or so) and then walk the wheelbarrows loaded to the gills down the gym. The other two buddies should rest while you’re going. Repeat so each does 5 rounds. Only walk the barrow down the gym, leave it there, don’t walk it back, that’s your buddies’ job.
Commence juicing 🙂
