“Badger”

3 Rounds for Time of:

800m Run
30 Squat Cleans 95/65
30 Pull-ups

There is a way to team this workout that many of us should do in class. Run together, come in and share the barbell and the pull-ups, and then run together completing all three rounds that way. Enjoy!
