Workout for Saturday the 13th:

“The Chief”  but with a partner (choose wisely!!)

Trade Rounds of: 3 Clean, 6 Push-up, 9 Air Squats within each 3 minute round.

Take 1 minute of rest

Repeat for a total of 5 Rounds (of 3 min on, 1 min off)

Workout is exactly 20 minutes long.  Max Rounds for the team.
