9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Jerks
but with Hang Squat Cleans instead, nasty, so:
3 Rounds for Time of:
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang SQUAT Cleans
6 Jerks
The prescribed load, to be adjusted individually, is 155/105.
