   Characters it the right word.

   I felt even better than years past doing Cornucopia (even with and in spite of my series of injuries). I can’t even remember how long I have been going to the gym anymore, its either my 3rd or 4th year of doing this and it was probably the best it has been for me this year..

   Izzy is a brave, brave man to face the cornucopia with no prior Crossfit experience. I was so happy to have such a great time with the Campos siblings and have the rock solid Dillon on our team.

   We miss the heck outta Josie at the gym and Art is becoming a beast/force to be reckoned with. I am also happy the Campos siblings arrived on time for the 8AM class 🙂 In addition to overall improvements to their fitness, I was impressed with improvements in punctuality as well 😉

   Way to be team!
